C# .NET Developer/Project Lead

We have an immediate need for a .NET C# DEVELOPER / PROJECT LEAD for our Mentor, Ohio office.

Snively Inc is a leading total solution provider in Information Technology and RFID-related technologies with corporate headquarters located in Mentor, Ohio.

We are looking for an experienced .NET Programmer to help lead and code our abundance of new .NET projects. This position will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and collaborating with our programmers and other resources to bring a commercial application to market for the Mining Industry.

Ideal candidates considered will have 5+ years experience with: Software development life cycle, component-based development, documentation, and project management. Knowledge and experience in the RFID field is a definite plus as this position will be designing and deploying RFID and other automation solutions to our clients.

In addition, the following technical proficiencies are being sought:

Visual Studio .NET 2003 and/or 2005 using C# and ASP.net
Configuration and management of Windows platforms (Server and Professional)
Experience in deploying, configuration and managing SQL Server 2000/2005 (and later)
Windows Mobile development (WM CE, 5.0, 6.0 etc…) a great plus
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Team Player and excellent Communications skills a must
Knowledge and practice of Microsoft "Best Programming Standards"
